How much does shipping cost?
Delivery charges apply at checkout based on your location. You can save Rs. 290 on delivery when you pay online — all across Pakistan.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery takes approximately 15 working days. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier's website. For any tracking queries, contact us on WhatsApp at the number listed on our Contact page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns based on personal fragrance preference (e.g., you don't like the scent). Returns are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to verification and approval within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email at fragrancebyar1@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share photos of the issue and your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Is there a minimum order for COD?
For orders above PKR 50,000, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm shipment.
